Monthly Member Meeting
We will be celebrating our scholarship recipients at our next meeting on Wednesday, June 3rd. Please join us to celebrate:
We are grateful to all those who supported the Peeper 5k; either as a runner or as a volunteer. It is this event which funds our scholarships.
Please also give a very warm thank you to our scholarship committee. They take their role seriously and we are honored to have their help every year.

Featured Speaker: Chief Joy, Barrington Police Department
First and foremost, breakfast was fantastic. Thank you Nippo!
We were honored to have Chief Joy speak. He spoke about how pursuits are up between Barrington and Strafford and property crimes are forecasted to increase. However, the good news is that crime is down overall.
From a business perspective, it's important to look into security systems. They are somewhat inexpensive and many now are DIY. Pay attention to what your business may have stored outside and in view.
One last interesting note, there are 44 THOUSAND cars that pass 125 and Scruton Pond Road DAILY. If you are interested in helping the Chamber put together a petition to the State of NH to help us with our roads, please email us.

Thank you Chief for joining us. It was very educational and we appreciated your time

How are you celebrating?
To help New Hampshire’s tourism industry celebrate and promote the upcoming 250th anniversary of the American Revolution, New Hampshire Travel and Tourism has created a special America 250th logo and promotional resources for industry partners.
These tools make it easy to inspire travel to and within New Hampshire. Partners are encouraged to use the resources across websites, social media, print materials, and promotions connected to Revolutionary history, special events, dining experiences, and overnight stays throughout the Granite State.
If you're planning an event or activity tied to America's 250th celebration, we’d love to help spread the word and add it to our site. Please email partners@livefree.nh.gov with complete details of your event, including the date, time, full location address, a brief description, and a URL and/or contact email.
